It is the main module for the management of processes according to ITIL V3, Pink Elephant certified on 12 processes. It includes all the IT Service Management features conform to ITIL best practices: It also provides the tools for monitoring indicators (KPI) for the provision of services. The suite is accessible from the web, either from windows client and from smartphone, and has a self-service portal for end customers.
It is an ITIL compatible solution for configuration management, which supports the best practices for monitoring and control of all IT infrastructure components. Unlike many products that provide only limited administration of configuration management, iET CMDB includes comprehensive capabilities for automated inventory of components, location, alignment, synchronization, viewing and graphical representation of all the elements that make up the infrastructure and its dependencies. The solution uses its own centralized system for the discovery of the network and integrates with third-party applications, such as HP OpenView, and Microsoft SMS.
