Agile PM Foundation Training Course
Agile Project Management is a Project Management method, based on the approach promoted by the DSDM Consortium. It describes a management approach particularly suited to projects that require a high degree of flexibility, but subject to strict time constraints. Through the mechanism of "timeboxing" and some key principles, including in particular the one related to the centrality of the quality of the deliverables, the approach of Agile Project Management is to establish the priorities in requirements gathering, in order to understand in order to understand which ones are essential and which can be considered optional.
The course is certified and gives right to 21 PDUs (Professional Development Units) for maintaining PMI certification (Project Management Institute).
