ITIL Foundation Course
ITIL® v3 Foundation is the basic level training proposal for certification in IT Service Management (ITSM), focused on ITIL® v3. This course is an introduction to the recent review of ITIL® best practices that describe ITSM through a service life cycle approach, and presents the principles and key elements of ITSM. The duration of the course is three days and includes in addition to specialized training, exam preparation and the exam itself.
The ITIL Foundation Course is certified. At the end of the training all participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Questo corso è rivolto a IT Manager, Staff IT e Process Owner, Application Manager, Project Manager e Business Manager, Consultants coinvolti direttamente nell’erogazione e/o supporto dei servizi IT, Quality Manager e Staff, Account Manager e struttura commerciale interessata alla preparazione di relazioni tecniche in risposta alle richieste/bandi gara, professionisti HR che partecipano all’organizzazione e allo sviluppo delle risorse interne alla Direzione IT.
No specific training is required.
Student Workbook in electronic format, Attestation of Attendance and Certificate (only for those who have passed the exam).
The certification exam will be carried out at the end of the last day of the course, in the presence of a supervisor (duration 1 hour).
