Document Management Portal

Gruppo SIGLA has recently acquired from a prestigious customer in the services sector, the creation of a portal designed to computerize the process of managing documentation related to orders. The implemented functions will allow the management of the process in compliance with the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 regulation.

The new portal will provide the following macro-features to all users involved in the process:

• Possibility of using the tool even by external personnel
• Information flows shared between the actors involved
• Easy information retrieval
• Operations support reporting
