IT Certification Services

In addition to the usual consulting, design and software development services, Gruppo SIGLA has been providing training and consulting services for several years, with the aim of obtaining the most important IT Certifications both at the methodological and organizational level (ITIL, Project Management, ISO 20000 , 27000, etc.) and technology (Microsoft, Oracle, etc.).

In this area, Gruppo SIGLA has recently acquired two major contracts from a leading a Italian group in the field of vouchers, payment systems and loyalty programmes for the benefit of employees and their families. In particular, the two contracts include:

• Consulting activities for the design, development and implementation of an information security management system - SGSI (conforming to ISO 27001: 2014) with the aim of achieving the first certification by the current year and to ensure the next three-year maintenance.
• Consultancy services to adapt the current system of the Privacy System pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03, to the new concepts introduced by the European Data Protection Policy 679/2016, which entered into force in May 2016 And requires companies to align by May 25, 2018.

Both projects also envisage the design, management and delivery of a training plan for all staff from all departments involved (process / function managers, responsible and staff), which will be developed both in direct and in -learning.
