Gruppo SIGLA participates in the "STEM Week"

For the first time in Italy, the National Week of scientific, technological, engineering and mathematical disciplines is being held, whose mission is to promote orientation, learning, training and the acquisition of skills in scope of these sectors. Established on the initiative of the Ministry of University and Research, in collaboration with universities and research bodies, the "STEM Week", scheduled from 4 to 11 Februaryacross the national territory, the further objective is to spread an increasingly inclusive and balanced STEM culture between genders.

STEM disciplines form the foundation of technological innovations that drive progress in society. Studies in these fields foster a problem-solving-centered approach, enabling students to analyze situations, form hypotheses and seek solutions based on data and scientific evidence. STEM-related careers are increasingly in demand in the global job market, with companies seeking qualified professionals to lead research and technological development.

For this week, the Regione Liguria project "Orientamenti - #Progettiamociilfuturo" is organizing a series of appointments with STEM testimonials. As part of this initiative, Gruppo SIGLA - a company of the Relatech group - actively contributes with some meetings between two of its professionals, the Delivery Manager, Dott. Yuri Lechiara and the Project Manager Dott.sa Ilaria Mainenti, and the secondary school IC Cogoleto, scheduled for the morning of Friday 9 February. This collaboration offers a unique opportunity to exchange and explore STEM-related topics directly with an expert in the sector, with the aim of inspiring and guiding students towards a future increasingly oriented to innovation and the challenges of science and technology. More specifically, Gruppo SIGLA's participation represents a further step in the constant commitment demonstrated in the training of new generations, promoting not only knowledge of scientific subjects, but also awareness of the actual career possibilities in these sectors.
