Gruppo SIGLA has got the Quality Certification since 2005, according to the current standard ISO 9001: 2015 which applies to all areas of business activities: design, production and trade of software, hardware and related consultancy and technical support services.

Recently the company also acquired the ISO 27001: 2013 Certification of the Information Security Management System, applied, as well as within the company, to the design and provision of consultancy and assistance services to customers.

Since 2016, Gruppo SIGLA has obtained the Legality Rating, the recognition aimed at promoting and introducing principles of ethical behavior in the business environment, indicative of the respect for legality by the company and, more generally, of the degree of attention paid in the proper management of their business.

We carry out consulting and training in ITIL and have a whole division composed by certified ITIL V3 technicians. In addition we have got numerous certifications in technology environments such as Oracle, Microsoft, iET Solutions and Qlik. The skills and delivery model, which guarantee a consistent quality of service, have enabled the Company to grow steadily over the years and enjoy the maximum confidence of our customers.

To complete its offer, the company has active partnerships with market-leading and highly specialized Companies. As certified partner we develop projects and solutions on all Microsoft platform and offers specific solutions in the various application sectors based on the platforms of its partners.

In the field of IT Service Management, in addition to the historical partnership with iET Solutions of which it has been a distributor for the whole national territory since 1995, Gruppo SIGLA recently entered into an important partnership with the company USU Software AG, one of the major manufacturers of software for the management of IT services at European level.

In the field of Analysis Data, Gruppo SIGLA is a certified partner for the development and reseller of the QlikView and QlikSense platforms. Furthermore, for the supply of Data Mining projects it is a partner of the company Rulex, which provides an innovative platform in the field of Machine Learning. In the training area, partnerships are active with which consultancy and certifications are developed in the IT Governance, IT Service Management, IT Project Management, Agile and ISO 20000 fields.

Regarding Customer Relationship Management, Gruppo SIGLA has signed a partnership with OpenCRMItalia, which has developed a suite of modules based on Vtiger, the most famous open source CRM in the world, and with DVR Italia, which offers a CRM application suite, called Wasabi, which has its strong point in its multi-channel approach. To complete the CRM offer, Gruppo SIGLA boasts historical collaborations with the companies Waycom and Optilogix, in the field of technologies that allow interactions between the telephone and the computer (CTI), allowing for integrated coordination.

In the security sector, a partnership has been established with Stormshield, a leading company in the design of IT security systems. Partnerships were also recently activated with Proofpoint which provides a specific e-learning platform for the security sector, Nozomi, leader in the Network Visibility sector, Infoblox which offers an innovative solution for securing DNS services, SGBox, specialized in the development of SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, and with Wallix Group, the European leader in privileged access management.

Furthermore, Gruppo SIGLA is a Remtech partner for the supply of the hardware part within its solutions for environmental monitoring.
