The technical solutions provided are based on the iET ITSM suite of the iET Solutions vendor, of which Gruppo SIGLA has been a distributor since the 90s, but we also provide specific consultancy to implement software projects with the leading products in the sector. The iET ITSM suite provides out-of-the-box all the features needed to rapidly implement IT services on ITIL compliant processes. The iET technology provides an application environment Pink Verify certificate on 13 processes also accessible from mobile devices and is equipped with a proprietary development environment, which allows you to quickly create complex customizations.
