Since 1995 we distribute in Italy and integrate into our solutions the applications suite by iET Solutions dedicated to IT Service Management. The iET Enterprise platform is characterized by a robust and customizable technology, scalable architecture and a user-friendly development environment. The main components of iET Enterprise are:
iET ITSM
It is the main module for the management of processes according to ITIL V3, Pink Elephant certified on 12 processes. It includes all the IT Service Management features conform to ITIL best practices: It also provides the tools for monitoring indicators (KPI) for the provision of services. The suite is accessible from the web, either from windows client and from smartphone, and has a self-service portal for end customers.

iET CMDB
It is an ITIL compatible solution for configuration management, which supports the best practices for monitoring and control of all IT infrastructure components. Unlike many products that provide only limited administration of configuration management, iET CMDB includes comprehensive capabilities for automated inventory of components, location, alignment, synchronization, viewing and graphical representation of all the elements that make up the infrastructure and its dependencies. The solution uses its own centralized system for the discovery of the network and integrates with third-party applications, such as HP OpenView, and Microsoft SMS.
