At the end of June, after having appropriately verified for a few months the potential of a collaboration to be activated/developed, the formal deed for a transfer of shares from Gruppo SIGLA SrL shareholders to Relatech SpA was finalized..
Relatech SpA is an Innovative SME specialized in Big Data, Blockchain, Machine Learning and Cloud, listed on the AIM Italia Stock Exchange since 2019 and operating in the sector of digital transformation of companies. This agreement formalizes a collaboration relationship started a few months ago and which has already produced numerous business opportunities both directly with Relatech SpA and with other companies belonging to the Group.
Obviously, and it is part of the shared agreements, Gruppo SIGLA SrL will maintain its social identity/name, the Genoa Headquarters, the current organizational structure, ..., so nothing changes in our organization and in the provision of activities, unless we can count on a broader corporate structure and a more important offering.
We see this change as a great growth opportunity for our company and for all of us.
